  • Responsible for the SAP/ERP implementation for the accounting, finance, tax and treasury functions for all affiliates and divisions in Denmark;
  • Coordinator for ExxonMobil Denmark International Holding in relation to Tax, Treasury, Legal and Accounting issues;
  • Principal contact for all accounting and finance issues from ExxonMobil worldwide.
  • Provided expert knowledge and experience in group financial reporting for USGAAP, DKGAAP, IFRS and Compliance activities.

1996-1997 Consultant, Denmark CEO

  • Permanent assignment for 3 companies and advisor to 2 CEO's
  • Main accomplishments: Provided highly qualified key management resources, coaching and essential professional expertise to the five clients on a regular basis.

1989-1996 Dragsholm & Bauneholm. Castle and Manor House hotels Proprietor

  • Hospitality facilities used for corporate meetings, conferences, private parties, trade shows and cultural functions. Both Dragsholm and Baunehom were later sold.
  • Main accomplishments: Developed widely used concept for Castle conferences & events.

1988-1989 Sveaborg A/S CEO/CFO

  • Served as CEO and CFO for the public limited company registered on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange with a balance sheet in excess of 3.5 billion. Responsible for developing the Scandinavian hotel chain to meet high international standard.
  • Main accomplishments: Financed acquisitions for 1,8 bdkk.

1983-1988 SAS Royal Hotel General Manager

  • Developed the property and organisation to a five star full-fledged hotel property of international repute. Revenues increased by 96 % and expenses by 61%.
  • Main accomplishments: Developed and implemented QA for the entire SAS Hotel chain.
